Today I opened my trusty IAB Smartbrief to see 3, count 'em, 3 consecutive articles on new plays in the ad network space...
First comes news (and I use that term loosely) Time Inc. created an ad network then came word that Publishers Clearing House formed an ad network. Finally, lest anyone feel left out, Google Doubleclick just announced a tool for any publisher to develop an ad network -- huzzah!
